Introduction: Aggressive pituitary tumours are rare (<2% of pituitary macroadenomas) and are characterized by local invasiveness, progressive growth, and multiple recurrences despite conventional treatments. Approximately 30-40% of these tumours are functioning corticotroph adenomas.
